The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options available. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming both at check-in and check-out. When I needed to extend my stay by an extra day, I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite free of charge. The hotel's strategic location offered easy access to nearby services such as banks and other amenities, making it a convenient choice.

The location is central to the business district of Lilongwe and the property is beautiful. The staff were extremely personable and helpful. There are decent restaurants within a short drive.

Liked the local food. I liked the Health Club manager (Julio), who too time to teach me swimming at no extra charge.

Everyone passes through the Sunbird Capital. It's a great place to stay for business as it is convenient to many offices and a good place to meet. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to your requests
